2. Tarts-pastries- Although it is forbidden to eat sweets for breakfast, people still eat them. Pastries, cakes or tarts contain high amounts of sugar, oil and processed flour, which can increase the weight of children and make them victims of diseases like diabetes.
3. Waffles- Waffles are also a sweet item. Soya oil, refined flour, sugar and baking soda are used to make them. Also, different syrups are used for flavours. Eating them can cause problems of asthma and obesity.
4. Flavoured yogurt- Doctors say that yogurt is considered a probiotic food, but flavoured yogurt contains artificial sugar and flavours, which also promote sugar cravings.
5. Cereals- Cereals also contain sugar, artificial colours and frozen fruits, which weaken the digestion of children. Therefore, avoid eating these things as well.
