Cigarette smoke damages the lungs, making the lungs weak and causing difficulty in breathing. This greatly increases the risk of lung cancer. Apart from this, people may have difficulty in breathing, cough and lack of oxygen, which affects overall health.


2. Risk of Heart Disease

Cigarette smoke causes nicotine and tar to accumulate in the body, which causes the arteries to narrow and puts more pressure on the heart. This increases the risk of heart attack. Smokers have a higher risk of death from cancer and heart disease.

3. Bone weakness

Smoking reduces the amount of calcium in the body, which causes weakness in bones and muscles.

4. Skin damage

Smoking causes premature aging and dulling of the skin. The harmful chemicals present in tobacco reduce blood circulation, due to which the skin does not get enough oxygen and nutrients.

5. Effect on mental health

Smoking cigarettes daily for a long time reduces the supply of oxygen in the body, which can weaken memory and increase the risk of stroke.

6. Premature graying of hair

The toxins present in cigarettes damage hair follicles and slow down blood circulation, increasing the chances of hair loss, thinning and premature graying.

7. Yellowing of eyes

Smoking cigarettes causes toxins to accumulate in the body, which can cause yellowing of the white part of the eyes. It can also be a symptom of liver problems or other serious diseases.

Apart from this, people who always smoke cigarettes can have asthma, liver cirrhosis, kidney damage, many types of cancer. People who always smoke lose weight and also have muscle weakness.
